  • What Programs do we offer?
We offer programs all year round. Which consist of the following, 1. Summer Camp Program, An 11-week program from June to September. (3-7 yr. old's) Our summer program allows learners to continue and maintain what they have learned from the previous school year. It is filled with S.T.E.A.M activities that promote our play-based curriculum. 2. 2022-2023 School year, "10-Month Project-based program. From Tuesday, September 6, 2022 - Friday, June 9, 2023. (4-6 yr. old's) In the fall through spring months, we offer a 10-month program. There are three flex subscription plans to fit you and your child's schedule. These programs are geared toward our homeschool, blended or in-person learners that are preparing for kindergarten and first grade. Our programs offer intentional, guided practice that includes personalized research-evidence-based instructional strategies throughout the curriculum. 3. Tutoring Sessions, Tutoring is on an as-need basis or monthly/ all year. (5-8 yr. old's) Tutoring sessions come alive using our virtual classroom tools. Bundles are weekly sessions that are personalized with a learning roadmap. This is ideal for young children learning English, and learners needing help with ELA or navigating through other particular skill sets. Click here to see how you can save money. 4. • STEAM Pod -VS- Comprehensive Pod
Our Pods are sent out immediately after you have started a subscription program plan. Pods are created to give your child hands-on experiences and more understanding of the world around them. The difference in the pods is: STEAM Pod includes items for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math activities in our summer program. Comprehensive Pod includes items that are geared toward themed projects that focus on reading, math, and science skills during the school year. Note: Pods may take a little longer when sent outside the U.S.
  • How Do You Keep My Child Engaged?
We understand that all children are unique and no matter how popular some programs may be, children all learn differently. Thinking of our parents, we have created flexible plans scheduled for different days for our busy parents, however, this focus on the child's needs in allowing the curriculum to fit the child. There are three key areas we focus on for our many different learners. One is our teaching staff. Our teaching staff is friendly, patient, and passionate about teaching. Our teachers build real connections and show interest in the things our learners enjoy. This is when children are naturally happy with their teacher and show more interest and pride in learning. Two is our innovative virtual program Our lessons are designed to help all types of learners, by using auditory, kinesthetic, visual/ hands-on activities, and things that are important to them. We host high engaging, multi-sensory live sessions that incorporate games, interactive questioning, co-editing game designs, and more. There is so much you can teach a child however we believe in going deeper in our lessons. Our themes in the summer are weekly play-based but our school year is webbed project-based and normally (with children's interest) carried out over 2-3 weeks with a wrap-up during the 4th week. All of this coolness is placed inside a virtual world where the excitement begins. Three is family engagement We offer extended learning through the pods we send your child which promotes building strong family bonds and encouragement. Your learner can complete off-screen projects independently or as a family. Depending on what plan you choose, your learner will get a Self-Study 1-2-3 activity guide to complete. During the school year, there is also our reading club, where they will receive incentives for completing tasks.
  • What Research and Alignments Does Your Curriculum Support?
Progeny Virtual Classroom is able to maintain screening and quality lessons with diverse resources such as CCSS, PALEARNINGSTANDARDS / CONTINUUM, and NAEYC. Although we use these resources as a base for our curriculum, we use a pedagogy approach to implement lessons.
