There are different ways in which you can pay for your Progeny Virtual Classroom subscription.

If you plan to pay for Progeny Virtual Classroom using a credit or debit card, it must have at least a $1.00 balance so we can process a temporary authorization hold to confirm your payment information.
Digital Payments
We also accept PayPal for termed subscriptions and store orders. You could also be billed through a third party like Apple or Google Pay.
We have a tiered pricing model that is based on the number of classrooms.
We have parent-friendly multiple pricing options that are available when registering for a program plan with Progeny Virtual Classroom. We currently offer monthly and short-term options that are presented during the registration of a Progeny Virtual Classroom account. All our programs are advertisement-free sites for kids. We do not allow third-party advertising through our app. This allows kids to navigate through Progeny Virtual Classroom content and focus on learning and playing without being distracted.
10-Month School Year: This plan costs 2-Day $130/month*, 3-Day $140/month*, 4-Day $160/month*.
Tutoring Session: This plan costs just $15/30 min. or $25/50 minutes*
Summer Camp: Subscribe and be the first to know in February.

The tutoring service offers a 30-minute pay-as-needed session (no subscriptions needed). However, for a more in-depth commitment to understanding new or challenging skills, there are several bundle subscription plans available. These plans are on a monthly subscription.
Our 10-month school program renews monthly (every 30 days or the last day before the following month) from September to June.
Summer Enrichment Camp takes place for only 3 months in the summer (8-10weeks). You are charged one time when you Register.
Lastly, the On-Demand plan is a monthly subscription with video-only services. Subscribe for more information.
Note: We will soon be offering quarterly and yearly payment options in 2023.
We do offer a free trial to Progeny Virtual Classroom for new subscribers. We highly recommend before making a purchase, you can try a 2-Day free week with any of our 10-month programs to ensure that your computer is compatible with our website and that our solutions are suited to your needs.
In order to start your free trial, you’ll need to sign up first. We do require payment details up front, but you won’t be charged until the end of your trial period (Saturday at midnight). Having this information on file helps create a seamless transition into a paid subscription if you choose to continue.
Trial lengths for our plans and add-ons are subject to change and don’t reflect any special promotional offers. To sign up for a no-obligation trial, click on the free trial button. Enter your contact information, or your username and password if you already have a Progeny account contact us to set up a pilot for your classroom in a school or district. Note: Please note that any add-on or promotional offer may be billed immediately, and the time will be added to your trial subscription.

We do not support Android devices. We support Chromebooks (for students only), Mac computers, and Windows PC computers. 3D session supports Chromebooks (including touch screens) for students, but it is recommended to use a mouse. 3D sessions currently do not support iPads/tablets. There’s a wide variety of reasons why you may be experiencing issues while using our affiliates. Having a good internet connection is paramount, but the connection may not be reliable (packet drops). Occasionally, if you’re using the school Wi-Fi, you may not be able to start the app as schools need websites to be whitelisted. If that is the case, contact us. Try these below,

If so, we recommend following the steps in the order listed below. In between steps, try using Adventure Academy again to see if your issue has been resolved. If you don’t notice an improvement, try moving on to the next step. You can select each step below for specific instructions on your device:
Check the minimum device requirements (minimum configurations to support Adventure Academy) and make sure the device you are currently using is optimized for the best Adventure Academy experience.
Check RAM minimum requirements (Random Access Memory) for full app compatibility and make any necessary updates.
Check OS(Operating System) minimum requirements for your Apple device or Android device and make any necessary updates.
Fully close the Adventure Academy app: Start by fully exiting Adventure Academy (and all other apps or programs running in the background), and then try opening the app again.
Perform a power cycle: Turn off your device (and your modem and router, if applicable). Wait a few minutes, and then power back up.
Check your connection: Run a speed test on your device to guarantee 20.0 Mbps (Megabits per second) minimum speed.
Speed test is how fast data can be sent to your device from the network.
Upload speed is how fast you can upload content from your device to the network
Ping is how fast data is sent from one device on a network to another device on a different network.
Improve your connection: If the speeds fall short of our recommendations, there are steps you can take to help improve your connection.
Test other apps or programs on your device: If you notice similar issues, it may be due to poor connectivity. Contact your internet service provider for more information on how to improve your connection.
Check for app and system updates: Desktop and laptop users will see automatic updates to the app. To check for Adventure Academy mobile app updates, visit your device’s app store. To check for system updates on your platform, visit your device’s Settings menu.
Clear the cache: Some Adventure Academy issues may be related to corrupted Adventure Academy cache files. Corrupted cache often happens when an error occurs while saving or creating a file. Mobile device users can typically clear cache/data via their device’s Settings menu. Desktop/laptop users can clear the cache from their platform manually. This step removes temporary files to help free up needed space.

Uninstall/reinstall Adventure Academy: On select devices, you can uninstall and reinstall the Adventure Academy app to help alleviate any streaming issues.
Security of your Personal Information and Children's Personal Information is an integral part of our business. We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information or Children's Personal Information to anyone. We also do not share Children's Personal Information with independent third parties. However, in order to provide you services, Progeny Virtual Classroom may use vendors and trusted organizations to help us provide you services. In order to do that, we may share some information with these partners to carry out processing on our behalf in accordance with our instructions, Privacy Policy, and any other appropriate confidentiality, security, or other requirements we deem appropriate.
